Anea Health has its roots in Umeå, Sweden at Norrland University Hospital, where the concept was developed together with staff and patients at the Neuro and Stroke Rehabilitation unit. What began as a design concept, later awarded an iF Design Award and other international honors, is now being developed and validated together with a clinical board including experts from Karolinska Institute and Norrland University Hospital. Beta testing planned with clinical board, caregivers and patients this fall.
